"I saw this practice twice within 4 days-. Both times I found the staff to be professional and friendly. I was registered and taken in quickly for x-rays. Both Dr. Ganal and Dr. Dunleavy were knowledgeable, attentive and collaborated with me on a treatment plan. Both times I was in and out without an appointment in under an hour. I was very pleased with the experience."
"Very disorganized, took them over 6 months from the time Dr dunleavy said I needed knee surgery to actually submit the request to my workman's comp insurance. Dr dunleavys staff has a very high rate of turnover. After finally recieving surgery for a mechanically locked knee , I waited the recommended time and went to work. Shortly after returning to work my knee is locking up again. My lawyer for the claim has stated they simply don't know the rules of new York state workman's comp. If it's a work related accident I would stay away."
