"Inappropriately denied service over the phone. Front staff appear unprofessional, sloppy, amateurish and inefficient. I called and asked a question about the effectiveness of an an x-ray in diagnosing covid pneumonia. I never stated that I had covid. I never stated that I was calling about myself. I was put on hold and overhead someone say in a snotty tone "if they're positive for covid we don't want them here" and then I was hung up on. I called back to speak to a manager and spoke with a front end supervisor. The supervisor said the staff did not handle the call properly. I was still not told that I could get service when I started being asked about symptoms. The call was disrupted and ended. There was no resolution. No one bothered to call me back to resolve the issue. I proceeded to contact the Connecticut Department of Health to file a complaint."

They even had a doctor on site in case a biopsy was necessary. The office that I have been going to for years was booking 2 to 3 months out for their appointments.
