"Dropped.off a kid sweatshirt to have zipper fixed. At first they couldn't even find my item.. Then finally found it. I waited 2 weeks, and all they did was replace the slide not fix the zipper so it was still getting stuck when I tried it in front of them. They wanted to charge me again and take another 2 weeks to fix it. My son would out grow it before it got it back and pay more to fix it than it cost to buy!"
