"The basement of my East Hampton home flooded in December 2023 - twice. This was a difficult event both physically and emotionally. I called Servpro of Middletown/New Britain to restore our basement. They answered the phone when I called! This was very reassuring. The next day they had someone out to assess the work that needed to be done and started the clean up that day! This project took nearly a month to complete as we had two back to back Monday basement floodings and it took a while to dry out. The dedicated team assigned to my house were awesome.
