"poor customer service. Was sold an FM antenna with a home reciever. When I got home I realized I did not need the fm antenna. The assosciate was worng, there was no place to connect the antenna either in the reciever. When I went to return it I was told I was past the 30 day return policy by 13 days. I was asked for my member number and then told I did not have a proper member id to process the return,(even though I had the reciept) after verifying all of my member info on the screen. When I asked for a manager I was given a totaly diff reason for not being able to return it. 2 managers chose not to return a $30 non damaged and unused part and found different reasons to deny the refund. After getting home I called Best Buy customer sercive and was on hold for 13 minutes, after talking to a customer service rep online I was placed on hold again then hung up on. The customer service rep had my call back number and never called back after I was disconnected. So all in all 2 managers and customer service from corporate could not process a simple $30 refund on a part I was told i needed by their product specialest. I have no desire to go there again."

"While I HATE Best Buy, I go there for cell phones because the people there are very knowledgeable and helpful. While I give Best Buy 3 stars, I would give Adam 5 stars plus. He went way above and beyond in setting my brother up with his first cell phone. Many thanks!"

"I can't stand this place. Ever since circuit City closed years ago which was their biggest competition. Everybody was friendly I believe sales associates were actually on commission. Go walk into Best Buy and try to get help. I actually yelled out hello, hello,? Like all the associates are deaf. I went in looking to buy two brand new s23 ultra cell phones unlocked. Sorry you lost my business Best Buy! Unfortunately, sometimes we need to go there because they're the only game in town. I never used to like buying online like Amazon but I'm finding myself buying more and more online now. Or going into Best Buy looking then buying online. Best Buy you better change your ways! DMs, you need to spend more time in your stores unless you're as bad as your store managers and associates are. Best case scenario. Is you get some new typically younger female associate who's a sweetheart but just has no clue. Then they go to somebody else who doesn't really want to help them. I hate leaving these type of reviews but Best Buy you better clean up your act. You guys will be the next one to go. As online shoppers continue to grow and grow."

"12/9/23 @ 6:25pm: Had to return a few items today due to needing upgraded devices. Sam and Edwin were absolutely fantastic! They both went above and beyond friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. Honestly, after the great experience tonight, this restored my outlook with shopping and dealing with people.
