"This place has lost so many great doctors. The ones currently here have no idea what they are doing. Specifically, Dr. Deborah R Cohen is AWFUL. No idea how she received a medal degree. She will give you a hypothesis of what she "thinks" is wrong with you without running any proper tests. The receptionists are RUDE and not helpful especially those located on D2. They also, never answer the phone. Book your doctor's appointments elsewhere!"

"My best experience at this facility has been with the a phlebotomy technician, who was quite patient-friendly. I managed to remain with the assigned medical provider not because she was the most concerned for patient care, but because the patient reviews of several doctors at this facility have been quite poor, therefore, my choices were limited. I am not suggesting that the doctors are not competent, however, patient reviews and recommendations are important when choosing a provider. The manner in which some of the administrative staff treats patients is extremely discourteous, and the overall customer service have much to be desired. The length of time that it takes you to get an appointment with a doctor, and the seemingly nonchalant attitude of particular administrative staff makes the experience frustrating. Your medical condition can worsen trying to get a simple appointment."
