"Bought a fridge about a year ago. Neil went above & beyond to get it to me when I needed it - which was that day! I recommend him without hesitation. I'm going back soon for another appliance"
"Neil is very helpful and values his customers. He has great used appliances at good prices, and he stands behind what he sells."
"Bought a like new stove and refrigerator in January, they were clean and having been working great since. I recommended them to my parents who bought a washer and dryer for a quarter of the cost of something new."
"Neil and the team are great - I've purchased two fantastic units from this store and both work / look great. Also, picked one up for my dad at a fraction of the cost of new."
"I purchased a washing machine here and almost immediately it started making a banging noise when it spun. I called within the warranty period. The owner came out seemingly annoyed to be here. He took a few moments to check the washer and said nothing was wrong with it. I continued to get worse and louder until it just stopped spinning completely. By this time it was out of warranty. When I called him he came out and said the transmission and coupler was shot. It was a week before Christmas and he told me he’d fix it but it wasn’t gonna be cheep. He probably couldn’t do it before Christmas but would call me and set up a time. That was the last time I ever heard from him. The washer went out to the curb as garbage."
