"This is ridiculous. He was supposed to re sole the whole shoe with tread, and this is what I got. He said he was removing the whole bottom and replacing it. You can clearly see the old bottom. Never again. $75, and I will most likely end up throwing the boots out now because no other cobbler wants to touch his work."

When asked if there was a way to fix it he said no, maybe I could use duct tape. I heard mixed reviews about his customer service, but was hoping for better.
