"Always dirty & unorganized, one cashier manning the store even during rush hour. A quick shopping experience turns into 30-45 minutes because cashiers don't know how to ring items up. A lot of items unpriced so employees end up making the price up, they could be overcharging so pay attention. Card information got used here twice while I'm at work. Canceled my card and will never use one there again. Long time customer, live close by and walk at least once a week here; the new employees are rude, ask personal questions, and even questioned my boyfriend's manliness because he bought me femine products!! It's become outrageous."

"First, I had let a sales associate know about a spill in the end aisle on the floor. She was very snotty and made no effort to respond other than sighing huffing and puffing as well as rolling her eyes at me and my friend. She made no move to ask someone to clean it up nor did she either. When we got up to the register, the associate ringing us up was snotty as well. She was upset when I questioned the price of the detergent advertised in the flyer. It was supposed to be$1.95 on sale. When I asked why it rang up at a higher price, I was told it was an online coupon. I wasn't aware of this and I wasn't able to get the coupon at that moment. I let her know that I didn't want the detergent until I could come in with my coupon. She seemed annoyed but said ok. She put the detergent behind the counter and we cashed out. Last night when I got home, I unpacked and checked the receipt, I noticed that the detergent was still on the receipt and I had paid for it. I proceeded to call the store and got a voicemail recording that said to try back there were no associate's available. I called twice more and three times today. Each time reaching voicemail to call back. I'm so upset and angry. Now I need to physically go there and speak with a manager to get my money back. I'm not impressed with this Family Dollar location!!!! I will only shop there out of desperation again!!!"
