"Drove down over an hour specifically to go to this store. Nobody greeted us, nobody offered assistance even though four employees were just sitting at the cash register chit chatting. When we got to the cash register with a $200 dollar purchase we were told “oh you have to pay with cash. System is down.” Now I know that is nobody’s fault. However, it would have been helpful to know that when we came in. It also would have been nice to come up with a solution like helping us get the boots shipped to home from online. Customer service goes a very long way and not one of the four people we saw yesterday bothered to give any...."
