"I recently decided to purchase a Stihl backpack blower to take care of leaves and pine cones in two locations. I couldn't find the item locally and after searching found that Hebron Ace Hardware did offer it, however, there were none in stock. I talked to the store manager (Ryan) and explained what I was looking for and needed it before going to an out-of-state location at the end-of-the week. He said there were a few blowers on their way and should have them within a couple of days. The items kept being held up in shipping to the store, Ryan continued to reach out to the manufacturer with daily updates. The item finally came in the day before I was set to leave. I rushed out to the store before they closed, and Ryan had it all put together for me. He also gave me a lesson on how to use it since it was my first backpack blower. I was very satisfied with the personalized customer service and attention Ryan provided, and would highly recommend Hebron Ace Hardware."

They pulled up my order (rewards) and said they’d get replacements under the warranty. Got a call a week later to come in and pick them up.
