"I had missed my package today for my work from home job that needed a signature due to the driver not following delivery instructions. I was so upset and wasn’t sure I would get my computer in time for my start date. I went to the UPS store for help and I was helped by Tiffany. She really showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to contact the needed parties to help me get my package. I really appreciate her and UPS is lucky to have her as an employee. She made everything come together for me and I truly am so grateful she went out of her way to help out. I would give this store 10 stars if I could because of her."

"Parking is terrible but what is more terrible is the apathy that the staff has. Nearly had an accident there today because some dumb woman driving in front of me decided to stop short without warning RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE to the parking lot- leaving me suddenly hanging out to dry in the middle of the street. She sat there for a few minutes. Why? To let someone out of their parking spot? Were they THAT IMPORTANT that they couldn't wait just 2 seconds to pull out of their spot? Did she think she was a being a nice person by screwing over the car behind her? The staff could not care less and were fairly snarky about it. I don't doubt that there has already been an accident there and I'd bet it would be no cause for concern with these people. Woman behind the counter dismisses theses incidents as "drama that she doesn't want to hear." Massachusetts is not known for its nice people or civilized drivers. Personally, I'm through being polite to them."

"I frequent this UPS store on Riverdale Road at least a few times a month and it's about time I write a review for the awesome staff at this location. I have been in numerous times and I have witnessed how rudely the staff is treated by a large portion of their clientele. The staff is just trying to do their jobs. Tara, Shawn & Tiffany go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service! They take the time to explain to customers how to properly pack their returns and also advise that the instructions are provided in their emails as well. I go to this location because of their superior customer support. They're always very friendly- service with a smile. Keep up the great work! Great job in keeping your composure too. Please be kind to these hard workers. Thank you!"

"Waited less than 1 minute to drop off a prepaid return package with 2 customers in front of me. The parking is very limited at this location, which combined with how busy it can be makes it hard to find a spot. Park at the Dunkin next door if you don't see a spot before pulling it."
