"I once came here to cash a check I received after cleaning a house. It took me 5 hours to clean. I came here to cash the check and I felt profiled… The teller told me the signature didn’t look right? She tried calling the person I worked for but they were busy and she said oh well I can’t cash it for you. I felt embarrassed and unwelcome."
