"I went to this store last evening to return something from Amazon in a pretty large box. The woman at the counter went above and beyond to help me as she saw me struggling w the package, also coming in from the rain. She was so cheerful despite that the store was busy and it was the end of the day. What a nice person. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, it started w a D. Just wanted to thank her."

"Over priced on everything! Go to the post office(was 1/2 the cost)to mail packages or Fed ex! Staples for printing and everything else! Was told one price by one clerk, then charged a different price by other clerk. Didn’t matter when I questioned it. Charged me 2x when was told I would only be charged 1x. Needed more done and went to Staples. Much better and friendlier customer service and much less expensive! Lesson learned!"

"I get that people make mistakes, but every time I get Olivia at the counter she forgets to finish the last customers transaction and refuses to give me a receipt for the package I dropped off. Not acceptable. Some people are trying to run businesses and records of shipping are 1000% necessary."

"Amazon sent me here to return a product free of charge. It was packed in the same box Amazon sent it in, with Amazon packing tape. I had the scan code and read the directions. The kid at the counter refused to send it in its packaging. The manager refused to come out and address the situation. They wanted to charge me $28 plus to repack it and ship it. It’s a $38 product. I’ll address the issue with Amazon. Don’t use this store."

"I have been using this store for the past few months and every one has been so helpful. From making copies, printing, shipping and even when I had trouble finding a notery they were wonderful. When a problem occurred with a question about shipping a package a gentleman by the name of William was able to help me pack and ship the package at the best cost for me. I Highly recommend this store."
