Pronto Pizza New Milford

"Pronto is my favorite pizza place in the whole wide world. Every meal from them has been delicious beyond expectation! Everyone who answers the phone is polite and helpful, everyone who delivers is friendly and right on time. Pizzas are beautifully prepared, with generous toppings and a satisfyingly chewy crust, and good seasoning all around! Treat yo'self to this goodness!!!"

"I was working in the area today and in need of some lunchtime nourishment, so I decided on pizza. I asked a “pizza guy” who works where I was and he sent me here. I’m happy I asked him because judging by my experience, this guy knows the pizza game… The guy running the place was nice and the pizza was tasty. I had a slice of mozzarella, but pepperoni was an option too. They say they’re the Home of the Jumbo Slice, but I believe the slices are more of a GigantEnormous… Ridiculously Huge! The prices are reasonable. I’m glad I went here. I’ll be back…"

"Tasty pizza and wings. Be aware though that they charge an additional 4% for using a credit card instead of cash. And they charge the 4% after applying sales tax, so you pay 4% on the tax also. None of this is indicated anywhere, and you only see it after paying. Had I known this, or had it been indicated on a note, on the menu or anywhere, I would have paid with cash. All that being said, again, the pizza is tasty and has a nice, thin crust. ************************* In response to [new] owner's reply: That is correct- my wife and I "definitely" have not returned to Pronto Pizza since 15 Oct., '21 (when we were charged a 4% surcharge for having used a credit card). How were we to know that the restaurant has changed hands and that the new owners are not also shady folks? The 4% surcharge in itself was not objectionable, however the failure to disclose same beforehand was. Nonetheless, the manner & dates by which Google requests reviews associated with places & establishments previously visited is inconsistent, and there is often a lag time between the visit and Google's review request. I still have the 10/15/21 c.c. receipt, Pronto. Your reply is appreciated, and it would have led us to try your pizzeria [again]... that is, until I read the final & unnecessary sentence of your reply. *Without having known that the restaurant changed hands* , why on Earth would any reasonable person have returned there after that experience... to a place with [previous] questionable business practices (not the 4% surcharge per se, but not indicating *beforehand* that such a charge is assessed)? The final & unnecessary sentence is indicative of someone with an "axe to grind"; and it is not our fault that your establishment is besmirched by & with the reputation of its previous owners. You needed to say ONLY that, the new ownership of the pizzeria no longer assesses such surcharges."

"Yum!! Pizza was delicious today! The delivery driver Bobby S. seems very nice as well. This pizza made my terrible experience inside of dominoes today worth the wait. Never order from dominoes, order from Pronto Pizza and it definitely came pronto. The delivery time was set for 2:15 pm online and it got here way earlier. Thank you for you quick and tasty service!"

"The truth Pizza is excellent! Service and delivery Great! 3 star will do because Chicken parmigiano taste like frozen and Antipasto salad not prepared the right way. Inside clean and organize no doubt."
