"Mr. Fazio is absolutely wonderful! I broke a heel on a new pair of boots after one wear, the heel was completely detached ! I took it to Mr. Fazio's shop and it was fixed within a week. "Disappointed, I left the store crying. I wanted new soles to protect my boots from being worn out since they're very important to me emotionally. I explained so to Fazio. I asked him to please take good care of them and be careful since they are very important to me. I also asked him for advice, if he thought that they need to be cleaned and he said no, he said that they were perfect. Because they really were. I've been taking very good care of them. I was confident on leaving the boots there since the reviews were good... Well, my surprise when I get there and the sole is barely sticking to the boots, (see pictures) and the boots are full of black spots, I assume it's glue or something because is hard and doesn't go away. The most disappointed thing is that when I notice this and told him, he was saying that the stains were already there when I brought the boots in, and that I couldn't deal with. He ruin my boots and then call me a lier. It's just too much. If you really care about your shoes, I definitely recommend to find another place. If you want a mediocre dirty job done on your shoes, this is your place!"
