"Not a good customer service experience. I ordered ONE fleece in the beginning of September and was told that it would take 3 weeks to get in. That seems to be a long time but I went with it. It is now the end of Sept and the fleece is still not in. I called and the lady said it will PROBABLY be in in TWO more weeks. That's ridiculous. And basically there's nothing I can do but just wait. They should know exactly when items are coming in and try acting like they give a damn instead of just saying, well there's nothing I can do about it. Isn't this your business???!! Shouldn't you know when the hell the product that YOU order is going to come in?! You should be up front with the customers and tell them you don't know when the product they order is coming in!"
