"Employee had the door locked during store hours and did not let us in when she saw us trying to open in."
"Everything from Fendi to Loveshack fancy (above and below)!!! So versatile and majority is brand new with tags from close outs…. Truly amazing prices"
"Absolutely fell in LOVE with this store. Amazing high-end gently used items from clothing, outerwear, shoes, pocketbooks, jewelry and more. They take in your items, verify them, no appointment necessary. Straightforward pricing and commission split. They're located on High Ridge Road (in the shopping complex where the old Friendly's restaurant was for you old time Stamford peeps) or just North of Trader Joe's across from Burger King. A definite must!! Friendly, helpful staff greet you with a warm smile and assistance. Definitely stop by !!"
"Stay away. Not professional, poorly run"
"I went into the store and purchased a handbag that was on sale. I paid $147 for the bag. It was an older mcm designer camera style crossbody. When I got it home and put my items it it to carry I noticed right away that the liner and the inside of the bag was disintegrating and staining my phone case my phone my wallet all my items that I had put in there. I had to throw everything out and buy new stuff and it wasn’t cheap. Two days after I purchased the bag I went back into the store on Highridge Road I was told no manager was there that they were on vacation but to come back in 10 days when they would be back. I went back in in the 10 days and was told that they would not refund me for the bag at all. That it was a final sale and as is item.It was not marked “as is”at the time of purchase nor was I told that it was a final sale as is item as I did not receive a tag with the purchase they take it from you when you pay for the item. I emailed customer service customer service does a breakdown of the pricing of the bag and tells me the bag was supposed to have sold to me for $68 I kindly sent a photo of the receipt and told her I paid 147 for the bag if you don’t want to refund me an easy fix would be to give me back the difference that you guys overcharged me she would not refund me the difference of the price of the bag that she admittedly overcharged me. I tried to reach out to the owner at a different store location and was hung up on by another sales associate. I would stay away from the store for it’s a rip off they will steal your money and not give it back . I will also be reporting to the BBB and trust pilot as well. They should have had NO issue giving me back the difference of the actual price vs. what they overcharged me. That is absolutely stealing and a violation of customer rights."
