Now, on September 26th, I have called UPS and tried to resolve the shipping issue with Macys in 3 different ways. However, Macys does not want to resolve the shipping issue that Macys has with UPS. Macys wants ME to call UPS and WAIT another 48 hours. Impossible. It will be September 28th. The way Macys deals with customers makes me frustrated and angry.
