"Signing in is simple a computer takes you through all the steps. Make sure to bring your drivers license you will need it. The phlebotomist (the ones taking your blood for testing) are very good at their job and you will be in and out quickly. Suggestion make an appointment the wait time will be reduced as they take them first."

"I tried to make an appointment online and you couldn’t see the schedule. I called the telephone number and only dealt with an automated system. It was horrible!!!!!!!! The automated system took forever. It couldn’t record my name even after I spelling it. And it made me repeat myself and start over numerous times! And because of it falling, I missed my scheduled time I initially chose. Your automated system is horrendous, please post your schedule online if we’re not able to speak to real people. Update: the automated system changed my preferred location, and made my appointment at the wrong address. Which now made me late for my appointment. Update: I had another appointment, I arrived on time 9/20/23 they were not busy and the lazy employee made me wait almost 15 minutes. Absolutely disgusted with this place!"

"Ramma is so amazing. I have been coming here for the last 3 years for a lot of bloodwork and I always hope to see Ramma. She is very sweet and personable, she really puts you at ease. She is so gentle with taking the blood and for me she always gets my vein the first time. I always love seeing her again and catching up. She really is just such a kind woman, and I will miss her until I come back again. Much love! I cannot recommend this Quest enough. I tell everyone to go see Ramma!"
