The Children's Study Home - Mill Pond School, located at 91 Old Acre Road in Springfield, Massachusetts, is a school that provides high quality care for children and families in the community. The institution, also known as Helix Human Services, is dedicated to putting the needs of those they serve first and helping them live healthier and happier lives. The team of staff members, board members, and stakeholders are committed to providing support and services to children and families in need.

The institution offers a Comprehensive Foster Care program for foster families to provide a home for higher need children and adolescents. Foster parents receive training, support, supervision, advocacy, and wraparound services to ensure the well-being of the children in their care.

Helix Human Services is proud to have a team of professional and caring individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. The institution is approved by the MA Departments of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Early Education and Care (DEEC), and accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).

Donations to the Annual Fund are welcomed to help provide access to behavioral health services for more children and families in need. The institution works in partnership with the Department of Children and Families and various public school districts to serve the community. Recently, Mark Paglia has been appointed as the new CEO of Helix Human Services.
