"We wanted to exchange pants for a different size. Because the price tag was not on the pants, (the tags were still sewn on the pants, the price tag was removed from the plastic connector that was still on the pants because it was a gift.). They would not accept the exchange of pants for a different size. The “manager” Mckenzie was a childish ignoramous. She blamed Covid; incapable of providing customer service. When she began yelling at my wife and I in front of other customers, I called security. This place is a disaster and will not survive."

"Tell me why they have absolutely no customers and are still not accepting cash as payments and nobody greets you when you walk in. Ive been in twice. I’ve never been rejected because of cash and they have nobody coming into the store and are losing the customers they have."
