"I recently visited Staples in Larchmont, NY and had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. I went to the printing section to complete an important project, and instead of being greeted with a friendly and helpful representative, I was surprised to find a staff member employee # 1816518 loudly chatting away on her cell phone about her personal life for what felt like an eternity. As someone who values professionalism and good customer service, I found this to be completely unacceptable. Not only was I made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time, but the lack of attention and consideration from the representative was beyond disappointing. It is truly disheartening to see a company like Staples not uphold basic standards of good customer service. I hope they take this issue seriously and ensure that their staff is properly trained to provide better service in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend Staples in Larchmont for anyone in need of reliable and respectful service."
