"I specifically asked the attendant at the cash register if I could return something for cash back if it didn't work out This was 4 days before Christmas, and I was purchasing a Christmas present for my nephew.He had made a list and copied it. Like little kids do! He passed it out to all our family. I considered that someone else might purchase the same thing I chose to buy him. So Again I asked the clerk if I could return any item for reimbursement. Again in perfect English I was told yes! Now we all know we don't get a receipt until after the purchase. So even if I read the receipt it would have been too late, ( another discussion I had today). The receipt reads no cash refunds. Fine I can accept this, IF ONLY I WAS TOLD PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE! I believe I have a lawsuit, and I will not pursue it over an $80 purchase. But I want the whole world to know what happened. Oh yeah in my rage I left out the bbest part. At the counter today when I explained that I was told yes I can return anything for cash back, the answer by the manager was ,well that clerk doesn't speak English so he doesn't understand what he said to you!! So again according to this store it's all my fault because they hired a non English speaker! clear"
