"Excellent customer service! I went to my unit to grab some things before heading out of state. It was cold and dark and I was in a rush and didn’t lock my unit properly. Josh noticed the next morning and called right away. As I was in Virginia at the time there wasn’t much I could do about it. Josh offered to cut my lock and replace it with a new one. He even waived the lock cutting fee. He was extremely polite, helpful and understanding. Thank you Josh!"

I hadn’t realized my auto pay card expired and when notified by Joshua that it did not go through, he graciously waived the late fee. From the date of rental last year, I have only received 100% customer care and service. Although it may be a franchise, It feels like it is run by a local family.
