Branford River State Boat Launch

"Nice dock and ramp. Plenty of parking with loading and unloading area. No issues at high or low tide. Only a potapotte for facilities."

"This place is a great place for people with boats and trailers and people with canoes and kayaks to go to to but them into the water by way of the landing dock. It's kinda big place for parking the trucks and trailers once your boats in the water. Very beautiful area to look at as well."

"The boat launch was nice except there was no lights when we came back and I ended up falling down. I stepped off the dock not realizing how high up I was from the ramp and fell on my left side messing up my leg pretty bad. They should definitely leave some sort of light on over there."

"Nice ramp. Easy access. Ample parking. The dock is well designed and of good quality. A bit far from deep water, but not terrible. Gas pumps near by for quick dock and go. Port-o-potties on site. No picnic tables or anything like that. Bare bones, but good."

"It's not the prettiest launch in the state but it's situated on the picturesque Branford River and it's a nice ride through the marina to open water. Get there early because it can get very busy. Also watch out for the potholes! It's a great launch so don't powerload your boat and ruin the ramp."
