"Only one lady in the whole store was extremely nice and social ❤️give that girl a raise and put her as a manager !!! Wow what great customer service with her but with everyone else when I was talking to her all the other employees were staring at me and obviously judges me. To be honest I’m a mixed girl I feel like if I was white and looked rich rich I would’ve gotten a nicer greeting from the other employees Nobody smiles they just stand there like robots and watch you like you’re going to steal stuff I felt externally uncomfortable. If I’m willing to drop 3k on a bag I want to feel warm and have a great experience ."
"TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE REPS THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED! THEY DIDN'T WANT TO EXCHANGE MY GLASSES, LIED AND SAID THERE WAS NONE AT THE LOCATION, ONLY TO LOOK ONLINE AND THEY DID HAVE IT. CALLED IN TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND THEY REFUSE TO PUT ONE ON THE PHONE SAYING I REACHED "THE CLIENT SERVICE LINE" THE STORE REP WAS LITERALLY ARGUING WITH ME ON THE PHONE SAYING "I DIDN'T REACH THE STORE" WHEN THE NUMBER FOR THE STORE IS CLEARLY SHOWN ON GOOGLE. HORRIBE!"
"I wanted to share my experience with Gucci in White Plains regarding a recent issue with a pair of glasses I purchased from their store. As someone who regularly shops at Gucci and has always been impressed with the quality of their products, I was disappointed with the way this particular situation was handled. After purchasing a pair of glasses from Gucci and having the lenses created by a third-party, I noticed that one of the screws in the hinge was broken. I believed this was due to the screw being too tight when the glasses were manufactured, which caused it to break when I placed the glasses in their case. When I went to Gucci for a replacement, I was told that because the glasses had been modified by the third-party, they could not help me. However, upon visiting the third-party that created the lenses, I was informed that the screw was not touched as there was no need to unscrew the glasses in order to insert the lenses. They explained that the hinge to fold the glasses was already tight, and the gentleman was able to pop in and out the prescription and original lenses without any issues and without screwing or unscrewing. This led me to believe that the way the screw broke was due to the tightness with which it was originally screwed in during manufacture. Despite this, Gucci held onto the excuse that the third-party was liable for the broken screw and refused to replace my glasses. As someone who has been a loyal customer of Gucci for years, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service and attention to quality in this situation. Overall, I believe that Gucci needs to take responsibility for the quality of their products, even when they are modified by a third-party. The way this situation was handled has left me feeling let down and hesitant to make future purchases from Gucci. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their products are of the highest quality."
"Horrible customer service. I get it, its the holidays the stores are slammed, customers themselves can be rude. But to simply ignore a customer and have to ask if someone can help me is quite bad for an empty luxury store. Once an employee begrudgingly helped me, they merely pointed at the wall where wallets were. I had to ask for gift wrapping, and the associate sighed and just passed it to someone else. In and out in less than 10 mins with maybe a sentence exchanged with staff. Better EXP spending $50 at Lush vs the $800 here."
