"True, service and hospitality. I visited this store in August to rent a suit for my brother to wear to my wedding. My brother is completely disabled and uses a large adult wheelchair. We brought him in to be measured and had the best experience with Edwin and Mike. They treated my brother with respect and dignity. Spoke to him when they needed to move him to take measurements instead of treating him like a piece of furniture. I could tell they were genuine because of how calm and comfortable my brother was. I would absolutely shop here again!"

"Terrible experience! The consultant made me feel like she has never seen someone my size before (I am 6'1, 260lbs) I told her my usual pants size and she smirked and told me I need to account for my thighs vs my waist? When it came to trying on shirts she said she only had two options for me. 1st option the sleeves were too short, I had to show her multiple times as "she was sure she measured my arm length correctly" she did not. The other option was an absurd 5XL that looked like a dress on me. I was wearing shorts and it completely covered them. Awful experience, will never come back!! I went to Men's warehouse in Scarsdale afterwards and was treated so well! The sales associate measured me, made me feel comfortable and found me the perfect shirt. I was in and out in 10 minutes!"

"I am so happy I found this place! I took both my sons there for suits. We were greeted immediately and were taken care of by Taj. She was wonderful. Taj said she needed to get my son's measurements. We walked to where the suits were and she's just looking at him, turning him around, and that was it! She grabbed a jacket that fit like a glove. She also grabbed pants for him. This woman didn't even need a measuring tape. She did the same for my other son. We were able to get the pants and jackets altered and picked up within the week. I would highly recommend Jos A. Bank."

"Although I've shopped here before and received excellent service, this recent experience was disappointing. 1) I changed contact phone numbers. Once I made my purchase, I was never asked if my information was up to date. They called the old number a few days later - I called the store back, spoke with an associate and asked them to change the phone number to the new one. The next day, they called the same (wrong) number. 2) I asked for a specific pant cuff style (see picture - circled); I got the wrong cuff (arrow). This was a black suit for a family member's funeral, so I didn't have the time or the strength to have them "fix it". 3) When I left the fitting room with the suit - ready to bring it home with me - another associate was standing there with a clear plastic bag. I asked her if she had a proper suit bag, she told me they did not. Fortunately, another associate ran over to me, went into the back and presented me with a proper suit bag. I left the store with a very bad feeling. Bottom line, it is my opinion that all of the associates in this store need to be more competent and better professionally trained upon my next visit.
