"Very muddy today, so my dog and I didn’t get very far. Very pretty though, I will definitely go back."
"Excellent hike in the fall. Not buggy. Variety of paths for all levels of hiker."
"The view at the top of the overlook is quite simple to get to and completely worth it. Gorgeous view of the Housatonic River, especially now during peak autumn. So easy and peaceful. Free and simple parking; though limited, not many people which is nice. Plus camping on site. Loved it so much, I’ve gone three days in a row upon discovering it!"
"I love hiking around Webb Mountain. There are great trails and also overnight camping! There's a beautiful stream that sometimes trickles and sometimes rages through a landscape of large moss covered trees and shiny rocks. Oh, the shiny rocks! They pave the road throughout the park. It's breathtaking. Webb Mountain was not busy nor was it crowded. We heard an owl there and that's when I knew I was in the forest and not just the woods."
"A pleasant surprise. There are 10 campsites with firepits - no electric/showers/plumbing. Several port-a-potties throughout. We stopped there to recon - we will be camping there soon, it is quiet, peaceful. We found several likely locations for climbing and rappelling, great location for birdwatching."
