"I have never had such a great shoe shopping experience. I should mention that I hate shoe shopping more than most things and my feet are awkwardly wide which makes it difficult to get a good pair of shoes. Well, the gentleman helping me had me in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Made great suggestions and knew his stuff extremely well. Great sense of humor too! Definitely will return."

"I placed an order with Mary at the Danbury (CT) Fair mall location on 10/22/16 and was told my shoes would arrive to my home by Wednesday. Come Friday, I had not yet received anything so I called the store to inquire. My information was taken and I was called back later and left a voicemail from Mary stating she apologizes for the delay as normally the orders get out pretty quickly but the shoes indeed have been shipped. Yesterday, Monday October 31 I STILL had not gotten my order so I called the store once again. It was about 2:30pm and Mary was not yet in so I spoke to Tom who took down my information and stated he would look into it and call me back. There’s been radio silence ever since. It pains me to say that this is my first and almost certainly last experience with ordering from Clarks. I have never encountered such a long-winded and cumbersome ordering process as what I have been through with Clarks. Frustrated is an understatement."
