"Came here to try on some different styles of jeans, only to learn that one pair of returned, discontinued, clearance jeans was the only thing in size 35 in the whole store. It was quite embarrassing to be handed those as if they were a great find. Very disappointing experience."

"I have not been to the Banana Republic store at the Danbury Mall for awhile until last week when I was just looking around in the Mens department for a gift idea, I was approached by friendly staffs if I needed help and offered suggestions, the merchandise selection were a bit limited but nicely presented which made it easy to see everything, I really liked the music they were playing in the background that was upbeat yet soothing and not too loud which created a positive vibe for me to stay longer than some of the other stores I quickly walked in and out. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and will return soon."
