Red Wing - Huntington Station, NY

"I had originally bought boots at the Massapequa store. After being fitted for a 9.5 w they gave me a 10w instead without telling me. When I brought them back for an exchange I was told they didn't have my Size . I went to the Huntington store for an exchange. There I was made aware that the Massapequa store never even made me a customer account and couldn't do the exchange without it. The Huntington manager called them back and fixed the problem. Thanks to the Huntington store manager I was able to get my correct sized boots. Huntington will be my go to store from now on."
