"I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of the cabinets and by the installer (Louis). He was very professional, skilled and detail oriented. He called in advance of his arrival and was very conscientious about all aspects of his job, including clean up. Great experience. Regards, Mike Middendorf"
"Extremely professional and on time, cleaned up and did a fabulous job! Answered all questions completely. Express kitchen has excellent follow up we always knew who was coming and when, great follow up all the way thru the process. Thank you we definitely made the right decision going with Express Kitchen!!"
"Our sales person, Bob, was amazing. He designed an amazing kitchen for us, and coordinated everything seamlessly. I would highly recommend him! He picked an amazing installer. Our cabinet installation was perfect. The installers were on time and left everything neat and clean. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect in our 60 year old imperfect kitchen. Thank you so much!"
"I would not recommend Express Kitchens. After they installed the countertops, they left the area underneath the countertop unfinished. I requested that they apply a small piece of trim to cover this unfinished segment but my customer service representative said it was my responsibility to have that done. I’m having my painter complete this task at an additional cost of $150. Likewise, I had a problem with the plumber they sent to reconnect my dishwasher. The plumber installed the dishwasher crooked. When I called Express Kitchens, they said that it wasn’t their fault because the plumber shouldn’t have reconnected it in the first place. This makes absolutely no sense. I ended up having to call someone else to fix it at a cost of $150. I spent thousands to have my kitchen redone. I expect better. Do not use Express Kitchens. I certainly will tell friends and family to avoid them."
"The design and purchase process was great. The sales person Bob that I dealt with was fantastic to work with he genuinely cares that you are happy with the purchase. The countertop install team was also great and did a perfect install and made sure not to damage my house or kitchen. Unfortunately the actual cabinet install didn’t go as planned. It was installed but the quality of the finish work was bad. Several scuff marks were left behind on trim, panels and doors as well as excessive finish nail holes. Marks left behind on my newly painted ceiling. They also forgot to brace the lazy susan. I raised these concerns to the customer service team and received little to no support. I was forced to fix these issues myself. No credit has been issued or any type of gesture made to compensate me for my time."
