"Do NOT trust this company! They do not value their customers & have terrible customer loyalty. My husband ordered outfits as a Mother's Day gift, unfortunately they did not fit. Their return policy is store credit only which would normally be fine expect the gift card they sent to refund our over $230 purchase only had $6 on it. Upon reaching out to their customer service department we discovered someone else fraudulently used our gift card credits. This store refused to refund us the store credit that WE PAID for. We had $224 stollen plus all the shipping fee's for returning the order. They could care less to protect their customer. Terrible customer loyalty. Will never recommend their brand to anyone."
