"If you purchased a luxury car from a depilated side lot would you expect it to have some issues? Of course you would. Go with your gut. If you do, you won't have a damaged couch that was bait-switched between the showroom floor and delivery like what happened to us. Not much we can do to fix our mistake, besides to learn from it and hopefully help others to avoid our pain."
