"I purchase my mother of bride dress there and was very happy with service. However I was in today 10/10 to purchase a pair of earrings to go with my dress. I felt as though the employee could care less.I could tell she felt very inconvenienced to go to her IPad down stairs to look for the price which was not on the earrings. I never walk out of a store feeling so let down. Sorry to write this extremely disappointed"

Buy a dress for your daughter wedding is a bit nerve wrecking Especially when it’s a destination wedding and you’re on a time limit. "Prom is a unique experience, I came to the Dress Room in Wallingford looking for the perfect dress for my daughter's prom. We found a dress, she loved it and needed some alterations so the Owner referred me to a tailor nearby. Everything was going smoothly, customer service was great but The tailor send me a picture and I came to notice that the dress I paid over $700.00 for was poorly made. The dress is a fiasco, the sewing is poorly made. After I called the store they didn't even care about the problem, the only reason I'm not returning the dress is that my daughter is scared of not having a dress for her prom. The tailor did what she could but is still very noticiable.Please be aware of the store and the dresses may not be worth what you are paying for them."
