"We had used White Way Cleaners home service for about 10 years and they were accountable and professional when it was owned by Gary. Now apparently Cindy Jackson owns and runs it and we’ve only had problems with poor service, and misrepresentations on clothing they lost and destroyed,the worst being in the photos below. In short a year ago she lost our son’s tuxedo shirt and claimed it was returned and we must’ve lost it. When I asked to see the video that she’s always claiming to have she did not produce.You don’t easily misplace a brand new teenager’s tuxedo shirt. Regardless, we decided to move past it and buy a new shirt for over $100. Then they misplaced pants to a new Brooks Brothers plaid gray suit. when we called to say we did not have the pants, Ms.Jackson claimed again that they returned it and had a video proving it. When I asked to see the video and told her the pants they returned were solid gray, they did not produce it or respond, but suddenly two weeks later the plaid gray pants appear with no apology or explanation. The last straw was when Ms.Jackson claimed that I sent in the pants pictured below in with all of the holes and damage and ask them to dry clean it. The pants were not new but the audacity to state that on my receipt, even though they already tagged the pants (which means they were inspected before dry cleaning) and then to claim I wanted these pants with multiple holes and burn marks to be dry cleaned, is incredulous. In short, avoid this dry cleaner."
