"My husband & I visited the Killingly, CT store late this evening (12/2/2023) to buy what we needed for our bathroom renovation. James in plumbing answered several questions for us. We filled 2 very heavy carts and struggled to make our way to check out & load our truck. Heather from the appliance area chased us down & offered to check us out right where we were. She did so quickly & with a friendly sense of humor. She gave us our military discount & thanked my husband several times for his service. My husband asked if she could cancel a large order we had placed online. She agreed happily & said we should head to the exit. Once we got there, Jeff at a register relayed to us that she was successful. Another young man helped us load our truck and off we went. Lowes, and the Killingly store especially, always exceeds our expectations & tonight was the icing on the cake. Thank you!!"
