"Don’t shop here!! I was looking for a pair of decent brown dress shoes for an event. The little old Asian man sold me a pair no problem. I walked out of the store and went down the hall to Aldo’s and found a much nicer pair of shoes for half the price, so I bought them too. I then walked back into Best Foot Forward about 15 minutes after my original purchase, planning on returning the shoes I bought. The little old Asian man absolutely refused to let me return the shoes, he said that there is a no refund policy that is mentioned on the receipt, and also pointed out to a super tiny “no refunds” sign that was hidden in the back, half covered by the cash register.. He never mentioned the “no refund” policy before I bought the shoes and by the time I saw the sign on the receipt it was too late to return them anyway because the purchase was already made. He can keep the $150.00 I spent in there on his garbage shoes, he has forever lost me as a future customer. Do not shop here!! It’s a scam"

"This store goes back to the day when stores had knowledgeable salesman who care about you. The owner went out of his way to bring me a a full selection of the shoes I was looking for. I didn't know what I wanted when I got there, but when I left I knew I had the perfect shoe. Walking out of the others stores and going to b.f.f was the best decision I made all day. And I paid less for my shoes then I would have on Amazon. Which never happens :-)"
