"I placed this order what ahead of time. Great sale on merchandise then all of a sudden no progress on fulfilling the order. They wait until the 10th day to reach out and item is unavailable meanwhile I jumped on this item initially. Basically screwed me on the items what I wanted by just saying oops we sold your item to someone else and made me wait for nothing! Not good business at all..I’m done with them for good!"

I thought maybe "eh, these negative review folks are over dramatic", but as an online retailer, they absolutely do not care about your customer experience. Would highly recommend you shop at another stockist, it's just not worth it dealing with these guys, even if they have what you want."

"Great inventory, but absolute worst online ordering experience. Order placed on 10/23/23 and still have not shipped. After 2 emails asking for updates, both with automated replies. Finally a label was created on 11/7/23 with no shipping in sight. Again great online selection but be aware you will not get your online order for awhile."

"I would take the recent reviews here and on TrustPilot into account before ordering from Bodega's website. Over the last few years my orders have seen longer and longer fulfillment times (up to a month) and I've had three orders cancelled due to inaccurate inventory on their site. Some of these were items I could have ordered elsewhere, but missed my opportunity by choosing Bodega instead. I'd like to continue supporting them as a local option that carries a lot of brands that I love, but I think I'll have to step away for a bit until they can right the ship."
