"I tried to use the self service printer and first had to put a $5 deposit on my credit card. Then the printer repeatedly wouldn't recognize my flash drive. I tried to get some help from the staff but they all totally ignored me when I spoke to them. So, I ended the process but the printer didn't spit out a receipt. No idea if or how much I got charged. I will be watching my credit card transactions like a hawk. This Staples is basically useless and annoying."
