"I was sold a mattress and offered a trial period, I had this for about 3 weeks or more and discovered it’s not for us, me, They promised a 100 day warranty and now that I am dissatisfied with the mattress , I am being informed that in order to return the mattress, I am going to be responsible to pay a additional $249 for return and additional tax and deposal fees etc, again, Unbelievable, Total of $530 for return, Keep clear communication from this establishment because they have u sign a contract that totally contradicts what is being said while your purchasing anything. The excuse is that the New Staff aren’t aware of the policies and contracts. Or you must have misunderstood what was being stated!"

"After owning a Sleep Number bed for 20 years (the same one), it was time for a new one. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at the Evergreen Walk store. We recommend that you ask for Paul. He was so patient, understanding, and knowledgeable - not at all pushy - while demonstrating the bed we didn’t think we needed, but ended up loving, because of his expertise. Anthony deserves a shout-out as well, because he crunched the numbers. Thanks, guys! Can’t wait to get the new bed!"
