My furniture was due in Mid-October and it is now more than a month late. I keep requesting an ETA so I can plan for delivery and disposal of my old furniture and request after request I keep getting the run around and no concrete answers. No apologies for the inconvenience either. For the price of this furniture and their claim to quality, I'm disappointed in their service. I should not have to chase down my furniture and have requests go unanswered when dealing with custome made product."

We consulted with Lisa Rollend, a very knowledgeable, considerate designer who helped us choose some extremely well-crafted furniture for our living room. They are beautiful heirloom pieces, made entirely of wood (no veneer, composites, etc), mortise & tenoned, and built to last. She had some great suggestions and gave us time and space (no excessive hovering) to make our decisions without pressure to purchase. And since then, she's followed up on our transaction.
