"I regret so badly getting my trex deck from here. No one seems knowledgeable at all about what you need to complete a project. You give them measurements, they talk you in circles until no one has any clue what you need so you end up shorted and delayed. They constantly seem to “forget” (or just don’t know the product) additional parts and pieces you need to purchase separately. They sell you railings, but don’t think to tell you the posts come separately? Then an additional trip for the posts (and another thousand dollars) but none of the screws come with it? It’s one thing to sell them all separately so they can make more money, but why not just tell me so it’s not 3-4 trips to figure it all out? Especially when you’re giving them $10k. Awful experience. 0/10. Lazy staff."
