"Rick's Pools will simply not call you back if they don't want to do your repair. I don't know if it wasn't costly enough for them, or what- they never responded to at least 10 of my calls and messages. The good thing is that I finally quit trying them and went to Teddy Bear Pools, who have been wonderful for everything I need, advice, supplies, and repairs. This happened a few years ago, but Rick's didn't have a website then. Proceed with caution. Updated since Owner's reply. As I said, it was awhile ago. Your mom was the only person in your store back then. I doubt this one bad review will lose you any customers, and if you treat them right, you'll get them back again.
