My husband, who passed away in Oct, was very much a handy man and had every tool imaginable, BUT, I could not find the right screwdriver to get to the battery. So...I went to Rockys in agawam, and was assisted by Bob. He was so patient in removing the back and replacing the battery. And...wala...it works. "Sorry but a majority of employees can't be bothered by you so avoid them. Either grumpy, don't have experience or are there just to collect a paycheck. Might be nice to really try to retain good employees. Have told cashier they are charging wrong price and they completely ignore you...really? And whats with giving customers attitude. There are other stores where people are friendly and helpful and earn your business. Go to Westfield where they ARE nice and helpful!"

"Sell super expensive products, and no one has any knowledge of products they are selling. This was on a Sunday. Why pay the extra money on a product when the knowledge dosent come with what your paying. It is no secret they are far more expensive thank other hardware stores. Waited 5 minutes for no one to give me a bit of information on a weedwacker I had some ?? Bout before purchasing. Well no 150 revenue for you. But I guess it's ok as your making it back up closing your customer parking for Big E parking. Done with this place"
