They immediately remembered which pool was ours when we contacted them for the first time, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. Even though we have never met in person, each time we call to schedule opening/closing or service, they treat us like they have known us for years! They remember us, ask about our family, treat us so well for always calling early to schedule, and provide great recommendations for other vendors if needed. It's nice to have such great and personal customer service these days!"

"My daughter and son-in-law hired Carolyn Pools over a year and a half ago. The pool was dug last summer (2021) and was not finished until this May, 2022. However, it is still not finished. The owner of the Company has not returned phone calls, emails or texts.....for literally 6 weeks now. If you want to talk to Carolyn, you have to drive to her office. She will offer you a "hug" to calm you down, and she will promise to get there "after she talks to John". My SIN has taken numerous days off from work after being promised they were coming ~ only to have no one show up. Carolyn's Pools have literally left my daughter and SIN high and dry. It has been impossible to reach them throughout this entire process Horrible communication ~ or lack thereof!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this company. You will truly regret it!"
