"Terrible service from the supervisor in the store. They deliver my daughter's bedroom set and the night stand and the brackets for the bed were missing. They said they would come back the same day and we waited and nothing. We called twice today because they were supposed to bring it today and still nothing. We called and the supervisor says the delivery guys are in Hamden and that they will have to go back to the store to get the things missing. Now why the hell are the those things not in the truck in the first place when those things should have been first to get delivered since it was from a delivery from the day before? Makes not sense whatsoever. It's 6pm and supposedly they will go back to the store to get the things to deliver them today which I doubt it. Very unprofessional, very unprofessional service. This Aaron's store definitely needs new management and they need to be trained correctly. The owner should be ashamed with all these negative reviews this store has and he/she still hasn't fixed the issues in this store. If I can give zero stars I would."

"This place is completely unprofessional in every way. There is no communication with the employees working there. I called and spoke to 1 lady and she was supposed to put it in the computer. Then 2 days later someone else calls me. I go through the whole thing all over again 3 different times. They go crazy calling from morning to night. Not giving people a chance to get out of work to bring the money there for the payment. They have absolutely horrible customer service. The females working there are rude as hell. They call you days before your payment is even due. I don't pay over the phone because they just go into your account and take the money out even though you told them just a one time payment. Very unsatisfied with the place. I'm paying this one thing off and being done with this place. Aaron's is a horrible business. DONT GO THERE. Go somewhere else."
