"Horrible experience. Each time they come out the pool is never fully vacuumed and often times I'm left wondering what these employers actually do. They come out to test water, vacuum and put the chemicals in. Family has been sick for three days and went outside to find a pool full of green water. I do not recommend at all. Have had problems with them all summer. The owner is also unwilling to remedy the issues."

"I got my water tested here a few times, and the lady was very knowledgeable on what to add to my pool. They created a profile for me with my pool dimensions to gauge exactly what I need since most pool products base levels off 10k gallons of water. My pool water has been clear and clean since coming to them."

"I am very upset with the customer service, my daughter went to buy bags of sand for the pool filter and the one who works in the store recommended 3 bags, when my daughter returned home she only needed 2 bags. After 10', my daughter returned to the store to return the bag that was left over and they did not accept it, they totally denied it and they still tell her to use it for next year, how is that possible if I buy it in less than 20 ' and the bag isn't even damaged. I don't recommend you go there at all. If I can put 0000 Stars I will"

"Imperial just replaced the liner on my 24' above ground. Their workers did a great job and were very respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The owners are very helpful and trustworthy. This is a great family owned and operated business! Imperial Pools is an A+, Highly Recommended!"
