"John Lowenstein at Ashley Furniture delivered the wrong bed to me....AGAIN. Around Thanksgiving I ordered a bed from Ashley, they delivered the wrong bed to me. I went back to the store and spoke with John Lowenstein who refused to give me free delivery on the bed I actually ordered even though it was their mistake. On 12/23/2023, John Lowenstein had them deliver the wrong bed.....again. I refused to accept this delivery because it was not the bed I paid for. I do not understand why John Lowenstein is having the incorrect bed delivered to me and why he refuses to compensate me for his mistake...and is requesting i wait yet another 2 weeks for this bed.....Avoid John Lowenstein at Ashley Furniture or you will be waiting over a month for the bed you paid for and NO ONE to take accountability for their mistakes..."
